Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder or garlic salt (optional)
bottle of katsup (small)
cup vinegar
cup brown sugar
Handful of raisins
Margarine for browning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
Roll into small balls and brown well in margarine.
Pour in other ingredients and simmer on a LOW heat - covered for 1 hour.
Serve in a chafing dish.
