Ingredients:  
3 or 4 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
teaspoon salt
teaspoon vanilla
stick margarine
1 ⅔ cup. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
cup brown sugar
cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, salt, vanilla, margarine, sugar and eggs and pour into large rectangular greased casserole. Top with brown sugar, flour, pecans and margarine. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
