6 chicken breasts boned
cup margarine
2 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs (Ma-oo uses unflavored)
3 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into nuggets 1 inch squares.
In small pan melt margarine.
Add garlic and let stand until ready to use.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Dip chicken pieces in melted margarine then fully coat with crumb mixture.
Put on skewers and broil in oven.
