1 lb. ground beef
One or up to Two-32 oz boxes beef broth
1 lb. carrots-peeled and chopped
1 small onion, diced
4 small potatoes, cubed
cup. uncooked brown rice
1 can green beans
One large cubed fresh tomato (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste.

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Mix all ingredients. Pressure cook 20 minutes. This could also be cooked on the stove or in a crock pot.
