1 head of lettuce, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 10 ounce package frozen green peas (absorb ice on paper towel)
1 bundles of chopped green onions (tops included)
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
head cauliflower, broken into small pieces
2 envelopes Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (cut milk to cup or less)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
2 4 ounce packages shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer vegetables in order given. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and salad dressing. Place dressing on top. Sprinkle cheese over top.
