¼ cup oil
2 cups celery, large chopped pieces
1 cup onion, large chopped pieces
Chicken bouillon cubes
2 Tbs. cornstarch
1 can beansprouts
Salt and pepper
1½ lbs cooked pork or chicken
Cooked white or brown rice
Chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the celery and onion in the oil for about 15 minutes. Add the other ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice and topped with Chinese noodles.
