4 medium green peppers
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb ground hamburger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, hollow out green peppers and stuff with the stuffing. Put in a microwave safe bowl covered for 24-28 minutes on high. Remove peppers, sprinkle tops with cheese, let stand 5-10 minutes.
