1 C cooked rice

1 lb ground beef

1/2 lb ground Pork

1 large onion

2 C celery - chopped

2 Tbs brown sugar

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 C soy sauce

2 1/2 C water

1 can water chestnuts - sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and pour over rice. Let stand while preparing other ingredients.

Brown meat & onions together. - Drain grease

Add celery, soy sauce and chestnuts to meat mixture

Add soup and brown sugar to rice mixture - stir together

Pour into casserole dish and cover

Bake 1 Hour 20 Min at 350
