4 c flour (might take more, vary on flours)
1 c milk (scalded and cooled)
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 yeast cake
1/4 c luke warm water
1 or 2 eggs, separated and beaten
2/3 c cut dates

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, milk, sugar, butter, salt.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Add yeast to mixture.
Add eggs
Knead down.
Let rise overnight.
Roll it out flat in the morning & add dates.
Let rise and knead down.
Let rise a second time.
Cut into pieces & form into biscuits or buns.
