Sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
2-3 minced garlic cloves
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
lemon slices for garnish

2-4 pieces of salmon (any kind you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven with broiler for 10min

Place salmon in oven safe deep casserole dish.

To Cook Sauce:
Cook butter on stove at medium heat until brown (do not burn!), it will have a nutty aroma and will be dark brown.
Add in honey until dissolved, mixture should bubble.
Add in garlic, stir and cook for about 1min.
Add in lemon juice, stir and cook for 1min.
Pour on salmon.

To Cook Salmon:
After oven is pre-heated, put salmon (with sauce) in oven with the broiler for about 5min.
Turn oven down to 325ºF, do no open the oven door!
Cook at 325ºF for 15-17min, until salmon flakes.
