1 lb. fresh cherries
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Wash and pit cherries. Butter your ramekins and generously coat with sugar. Tightly fill ramekins with the cherries.

For the batter:
Mix together remaining ingredients with a mixer for about 1-2 minutes, until nice and smooth.
Pour this over the cherries. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

There were no fresh cherries so I substituted plumbs. You can use whatever fruit you would like.
