8-10 medium red new potatoes, skin on
- c milk
1 stick butter
- c sour cream
salt, pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and slice about " thick. Cook in boiling water about 15-20 minutes or until fork tender. Whip unpeeled potatoes in mixer, adding in milk, butter and sour cream. Mix until moderately smooth, dish should be lumpy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
