Salmon fillets
Citrus ale
Olive oil
Garlic
Herbs de Provence
Mushrooms
Orange slices, thin

Directions:
Directions:
Sautée over low heat in citrus ale and a small amount of olive oil. Add garlic and a pinch of herbs de Provence. Lay thin slice of orange on fillet for last five minutes of cooking. Pair with sautéed mushrooms and a dry white wine.
