2 cups walnut halves
1 tbsp water
1 egg white
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly beat egg white & water. Add nuts and mix until well coated. Add sugar and spices. Mix well. Place walnuts on well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Stir continuously about every 10 minutes and stir more after the last 10 minutes as they tend to burn easily. Cool and keep in air tight container.
