1/2 cups shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 cups cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Filling
1/2 cups shortening
1 /4 cups margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 2/3 cups powder sugar
1/2 jar marshmallow crepe
2 tablespoon milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and margarine, sugar and eggs. Add milk and vanilla alternating with dry ingredients until mixed.stir until smooth. Drop by tsp on greased cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees. After cookie are baked out filling on flat side and push 2 cookies together. Kind of like a Twinkie.

Filling
Combine all ingredients together and beat smooth.
