In a large bowl with mixer, mix 1 c. flour, sugar, salt and yeast. In saucepan put milk and margarine and heat until quite warm but not hot. Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat with mixer. Add 1/2 cup of flour and beat at high speed. With wooden spoon, stir in rest of flour. Knead. Let rise in warm place for 15 minutes.
