2-3 racks baby back ribs (any rib rub with brown sugar and seasoning will work)
BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's - brown sugar & hickory smoke is preferred)

Rub:
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 ½ tbsp. paprika
1 ½ tbsp. salt
1 ½ tbsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat and pull off membrane on back of ribs. Rub the ribs with the seasoning and wrap each rack in tin foil. Place in the oven at 250º for 3-4 hours. Take out of oven to brush on BBQ sauce and cook or put on grill for another 20-30 minutes to carmelize sauce. Can also rub the ribs and let them sit over night in fridge before cooking.
