Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 c. flour
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 ½ c. milk
1 ½ c. salad oil (vegetable oil)
2 ½ c. sugar
1 ½ tbsp. poppy seed
1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ tsp. butter flavoring
1 ½ tsp. almond extract

Glaze
¼ c. orange juice
½ tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. butter flavor
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake for 45-50 minutes at 350º or pour into mini loaf pans (8) and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
Test by sticking a knife or toothpick in middle to see if it comes out clean. Loaves should be golden brown on top. Cool bread for about 5 minutes then glaze while in bread pans.

Glaze: Mix together glaze ingredients and use a pastry brush to glaze tops of bread. (Use all glaze as it will seep through loaves) Turn bread out of pans when warm to touch.

Hint: There may be small lumps of powdered sugar in glaze, but don't worry, they will dissolve on the warm bread.
