2 eggs
⅔ c. sugar
⅛ c. shortening
3 T. sour milk
1 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. baking soda
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly the eggs, sugar and shortening. Stir in the milk and bananas. Sift together and stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Pour into a greased 9x5 pan and let stand 20 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 for 50 - 60 minutes.
