Large Bag of Hash Browns
2 Cans of Mushroom Soup
1/2 a cup of melted butter
500mL sour cream
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Parmesan Cheese



Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix all ingredients; add a small amount of each ingredient slowly so that's its's well mixed. In a 9x10 tin pan (one with deep sides) spread mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with tine foil and bake; 350 for 45 minutes to an hour until it looks golden brown.
