Ingredients:  
400g of sausage meat fresh or frozen. (MILD)
2 package of stuffing mix
OR
400g of fresh bread crumbs and seasoning mix.
3 celery stalks finely chopped
1/2 to 1 yellow onion
1 cup of water to mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together - should be moist. Add more water if needed.
Bake at 350 for 1hour or until cooked through

Seasoning Ideas if you are using fresh bread crumbs:
1/2 to 1 tsp paprika, cumin, salt and pepper, thyme, oregano, rosemary
Mix together any combination of your choice.
