2 pounds jumbo shrimp ( 8 or 10 count)
1/2 pound salted butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley
3 cups crushed Ritz crackers
1 cup fine crushed bread crumbs, unseasoned

Directions:
Directions:
Peel shrimp, split underside and remove veins. Set aside!
Melt butter over medium high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 5 minutes or until tender.
Remove garlic before garlic browns. Add crackers, bread crumbs , and parsley.
Mix until blended. Place shrimp on an ungreased baking sheet.
Spoon mixture into each cavity and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes before cooking so the butter doesn’t come out!
