5 lbs. flour
6 cups shortening
2 Tbs salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and keep in air tight container in refrigerator. Will keep six weeks or more.

To use: Measure out about 3 cups and mix with the following:
1 beaten egg
cup ice water
1 Tbs vinegar

Makes 2 pie crusts
