Ingredients:  
2 ½ cups flour
1 cup Shortening
½ tsp salt
1 beaten egg
¼ cup ice water (plus a little more, as needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut together: flour, shortening, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix egg, water and vinegar together.
Mix liquid ingredients with dry ingredients until dough forms.

Roll out and place in pie tins.

Makes 2 crusts.
