12 hard boiled eggs, peeled
¼ cup Hellman's real mayonnaise
2 tsps. Hellman's Dijonaisse creamy mustard
pinch salt & pepper

Directions:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash with fork. Add mayonaisse, dijonaisse, salt and pepper and mix together. Divide amount in half. To each half, add the ingredients for one of the variations below. Refill whites with yolk mixture and garnish as desired. Serve immediately or store in covered container in fridge up to 3 days.

Herbed Eggs: to half of the stuffing add 1 tbsp. each minced fresh chives, fresh minced parsley and a pinch each of dried tarragon and garlic powder. Garnish with cherry tomato wedges.

California Style Eggs: to half of the stuffing add 1 tbsp. minced sun dried tomatoes, 2 tsps. minced fresh basil or ¼ tsp. dried basil and dash balsamic vinegar. Garnish with sun dried tomatoes and parsley. Makes 2 dozen.
