4 Lbs of Baby Back Pork Ribs
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup Rum
1/2 Cup Chili Sauce
2 Crushed Garlic Cloves
1 teaspoon Dried Mustard
Dash of Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

Cut ribs into 3 rib pieces. Wrap in double thick foil. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Mix all remaining ingredients together to make the BBQ sauce.

Unwrap ribs and drain.

Place ribs in roasting pan; coat ribs with sauce and marinate 1 hour at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.

Grill to warm and for flavor.
