2 large lemons, peeled with white removed
cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsps. dried oregano leaves
2 garlic cloves, peeled
tsp. sugar
tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. ground black pepper
⅓ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Place lemons, oil oregano, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper into the Vitamix container in the order listed. Select variable 1 and start machine. Slowly increase to variable 5. Blend for 15 seconds or until smooth. Stop machine and remove lid. Add feta cheese and secure lid. Select variable 1. Start machine and slowly increase to variable 3 and blend for 5 seconds. If necessary scrape sides of container with spatula and blend for a few more seconds.
