2 large lemons, peeled with white removed
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
1½ tsps. dried oregano leaves
2 garlic cloves, peeled
¾ tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. ground black pepper
⅓ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except feta cheese into the Vitamix container in the order listed. Select variable 1 and start machine slowly increasing to variable 5. Blend for 15 seconds until smooth. Add feta cheese. Select variable 1. Start machine and slowly increase to variable 3 and blend for 5 seconds. If necessary scrape sides of container with spatula and blend for a few more seconds.
