1 1/2 Pounds Chopped, Seeded Tomatoes (4 medium)
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onion
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro Leaves
1 Small Clove Garlic (chopped)
1 Large Lime
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add first 5 ingredients together. Squeeze lime over mixture. Add oil and salt and pepper; stir gently.
