1 pound fresh spinach
1 table spoon peanut oil
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup hot red pepper
1 table spoon bacon bits
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
wash spinach well in worm water drain well
heat peanut oil in a iron skillet for 2 mins add chopped onions and bacon bits 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup hot red pepper
add spinach and cover thin simmer for 7 mins salt to taste serve hot.
