1 - 2 carrots; coarsely chopped
1 medium onion coarsely chopped
1-2 stalks of celery; coarsely chopped
1 head of garlic smashed
1 - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
various types of bones.
Enough water to cover the bones

Directions:
Directions:
If the bones are straight from the store, roast them for about 30-45 minutes.

1. Add the bones, veggies and apple cider vinegar to the pot and let sit for 30 minutes. This allows the vinegar to pull the minerals from the bones.
2. Close pot and valve.
3. Use the "Soup" setting for 120 minutes.
4. Use natural release
5. Strain the broth and store.

Can be used in the place of water in any receipe. You can also drink it warm like a tea with a touch of salt and pepper. Helps with aches and pains...arthritis.
