3 small bananas, mashed
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 tbsp. PB2 powder
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips, together in a medium bowl.
Divide batter between 4 mini loaf pans (~4 x 2-inches each).
Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
Store in refrigerator. When ready to eat, microwave for 10 seconds and enjoy.

Yield: 8 servings (1/2 loaf per serving)
