Per Cup of sauce.
Thin;
1 Tbs. Butter/Grease
1Tbs. Flour
1/4 t. Salt
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 C. Milk

Medium;
2 Tbs. Butter/Grease
2 Tbs. Flour
1/4 t. Salt
Pepper to taste
2 C. Milk

Thick;
3 Tbs. Butter/Grease
4 Tbs. Flour
1/4 t. Salt
Pepper to taste
1 C. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter & grease in a sauté pan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt & pepper. Add milk all at once, whisking out lumps. Bring to a simmer stirring constantly until thickened. Add crumbled sausage.
