INGREDIENTS
1 lb Perdue Ground Chicken
1 Egg
1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs (more if needed)
1/4 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon of Dry Oregano
1 Teaspoon of Dry Parsley
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
1/2 Cup Vegetable oil (For Frying)

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl add the ground chicken, 1 egg, 1 cup italian breadcrumbs,
1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of dry oregano,
1 teaspoon dry parsley, 1 teaspoon italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt and
Fresh ground pepper
Mix well
Form the mixture into balls ping pong size.
Heat 1/4 inch of oil over medium heat
Place the savory chicken meatballs
in batch of five or six
Do not overcrowd your pan it takes longer to cook
Cook for 15 minutes turning them every 5 minutes
Internal Temp should read 165-170

IMPORTANT NOTE
If the ground chicken texture is to wet
add more breadcrumbs to make it firm or
place in the fridge for 20 minutes until is firm enough to fry.

Is time to try other things then the same type
of meatballs not knocking the beef lover
but once you get a taste on these
SAVORY CHICKEN MEAT BALLS
You might want to forget beef.

I been experimenting in my kitchen replacing
ground beef in replacement for healthier version.
in some of my well known recipes this
is the first one I had try and love it.
Is the new staple for meatballs in my house.
