1 Lb Jumbo Shrimp (10 shrimp, peeled and deveined)
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Clove garlic (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1/2 Teaspoon Basil (crumbled)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoonPepper
1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon Dry Vermouth

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450.
Finely chop 2 shrimp. Combine chopped shrimp, butter, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper in bowl. Stir in bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon vermouth.
Cut lengthwise down bellies of remaining shrimp, without cutting through. Divide filling among shrimp. Fold tails over. Arrange in a greased 8" square baking dish. Add remaining vermouth.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until just cooked through.
