2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: combine red pepper, corn oil, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce and salt in pan over medium heat. Cook until sauce begins to simmer. Remove from heat.

Cook vermicelli according to directions on package or however you like your pasta cooked.

Drain vermicelli and pour into a large bowl big enough to easily combine vermicelli with sauce.

Combine vermicelli and sauce.

Toasting sesame seeds: spread seeds on baking sheet and put into 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Watch carefully to insure the sesame seeds reach a light brown color. Remove from oven and place in bowl until ready to use.

Before serving salad make sure that the sauce is completely combined with pasta. Top salad with cilantro, green onion, peanuts and sesame seeds right before serving. Vermicelli and sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator.

Pasta salad should be served at room temperature.
