1-1½ lb. chicken, cut in bite-size pieces
taco seasoning, to taste
3 c. shredded cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
honey
1 large can mild green enchilada sauce
flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Bake chicken in the oven until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Once cool, sprinkle with taco seasoning to taste, about half the packet. Mix together with hands. Put chicken, shredded cheese, thin strip of cream cheese, and small drizzle of honey, don’t over-do it, in each tortilla. Roll tortilla and place in a baking dish seam side down. Top with enchilada sauce, another drizzle of honey and remaining shredded cheese. Bake at 400º until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly about 20 minutes.
