2-3 pounds of green beans (fresh), cut in thirds with ends trimmed
Chopped walnuts

Marinade:
⅓ cup soy sauce
⅓ cup toasted sesame oil
⅓ cup vegetable or canola oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic (fresh)

Directions:
Directions:
Steam green beans about 20 minutes. While hot, add the marinade. Chill the mixture, stirring from time to time.

When ready to serve, add about ½ cup chopped walnuts.

Also good with other vegetables like carrots (steam first, then cut). Great if made the day before. Can eliminate veg oil and add a little extra sesame oil.
