2 cups whole grain flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp baking soda
tsp cloves, crushed
tsp salt
1 cup sugar
cup apple sauce
cup canola oil
cup molasses
2 large egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, cloves, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, applesauce, oil, molasses, and egg whites. Combine all ingredients. Drop on greased baking sheet in rounded teaspoons. Bake 10 minutes.
