4 very thin slices of top round or flank steak
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp tomato paste + some
cup red wine
cup chicken bouillon

Stuffing:
⅓ cup parsley
1 shallot
lb sausage
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine stuffing ingredients and spread a layer over slices of beef. Roll up and tie with string to keep rolls together while cooking.

Brown beef rolls in butter. Add tomato paste, wine, and bouillon and cook for 1 hours on low heat.
