1 1/2 POUNDS MEAT - (1/2 GROUND BEEF - 1/2 GROUND PORK)

1/4 CUP FRESH ITALIAN PARSLEY - FINELY CHOPPED

2 EGGS

5 PIECES OF GARLIC

1 SMALL ONION

3/4 CUP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS (PROGRESSO)

2 CUPS SHREDDED ITALIAN CHEESE

SAUTE GARLIC & ONION OVER LOW HEAT.

COMBINE INGREDIENTS AND KNEAD TOGETHER

OBTAIN A SOLID CONSISTENCY. IF TOO WET ADD CHEESE AND BREADCRUMBS TO TASTE

DIP HAND IN ICE WATER & ROLL MIXTURE INTO BALLS - (SIZE OF BALLS IS OPTIONAL).

PLACE MEATBALLS INTO FRYING PAN OVER A MEDIUM HEAT. NO OIL IS NECESSARY. TURN UNTIL BROWN.

ADD TO SAUCE AND LET SIMMER
