8 Cups Coarsely Chopped Broccoli Florets (about 2 pounds)
1/3 Cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (divided)
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.

Cook broccoli in boiling water 3 minutes or until crisp tender; drain (can microwave instead). Place flour, salt, and dry mustard in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat; gradually add milk and broth, stirring with a whisk until blended. Cook for 8 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, add cheddar cheese and 6 tablespoons of parmesan cheese; stir until melted.

Spoon the broccoli mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
