10 Medium Size Apples (I use Granny Smith)
3 Tablespoons Apple Juice or Cider
1/3 Cup Honey OR 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Tablespoons Sweet Butter
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core, and quarter apples. Place in large saucepan with apple juice or cider. Cover pot and simmer for 30 minutes, or until apples ar tender. Puree in blender. Stir in honey and butter (and cinnamon). Adjust sweetness and spices to taste. Makes 5 1/2 cups.
