4 Boneless chicken breasts pounded
½ c. Flour
1 tsp Salt
Dash of pepper
⅛ tsp Ground ginger
½ c. Butter
1 c. Cold water

Part 2
4 T. Butter
4 T. Flour
1 tsp Salt
½ c. Sour cream
½ c. Milk
1 Can sliced mushrooms
6 Fresh mushrooms
½ c. Grated Velveeta cheese
1 c. Reserve liquid

Part 1
Combine dry ingredients and coat chicken. Melt butter in pan and sauté chicken over low heat 15-20 minutes. Remove chicken and add water to pan for reserve liquid.

Part 2
In clean pan melt butter, add flour,salt and blend. Then add sour cream blend and add milk and reserve liquid. Return to low heat until thick add 1/2 cup cup grated Velveeta cheese and mushrooms. Place chicken in buttered casserole dish with sauce and sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated Velveeta cheese. Bake at 350º 25-30 minutes and serve with rice pilaf and green vegetable.
