4 medium onions, halved and sliced
5 bacon strips, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. brown sugar
c. cider vinegar
tsp. ground mustard
2 15 oz. cans lima beans
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 15 oz. cans pork and beans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. In Dutch oven saute onions and bacon until onions are tender. Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer. Add sugar, vinegar and mustard. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes. Stir beans into the sauce mixture. Transfer to a 3 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake 1 hour or until heated through. Enjoy!
