1 lb chicken breasts
1 15-oz can beef chili
1 3-oz package fat-free cream cheese
cup chunky salsa
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 fat-free flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chicken over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn over, cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until fully cooked. Cut into " wide strips, then cut strips into " lengths. Return chicken to the skillet.

Add chili, cream cheese, and salsa and cook over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until cream cheese is completely dissolved. Sprinkle mixture with the cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on medium-low for 2-3 minutes.

Microwave the tortillas for 30 seconds. Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas and roll them up.
