2 lbs. package frozen cubed hash browns
1 pint sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 medium onion diced
1 stick melted butter or oleo
1 can celery soup
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and place in greased/sprayed 9 X 13 dish.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour 15 minutes. Can be prepared day before but cook a little longer.
