1 c. Butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp.Cream of Tarter
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt


2 tbsp.sugar
2 tbsp.cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 400 degrees
Mix butter, sugar,and eggs together. Sift together flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt together. mix into butter mixture. Stir together separately cinnamon and sugar and place in a bowl. Form into balls the size of walnuts. Roll around in sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on a uncreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min.
