4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
3 tbsp. of garlic
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp. capers, chopped and drained
1 c. white wine
1 c. flour, with pinch of salt and pepper
Olive oil to sauté

Directions:
Directions:
In pan add olive oil, onion and garlic, cook until transluscent. Take out of pan and put aside, leaving oil in the pan.

Dip chicken into flour mixture, then cook chicken on each side until chicken is cooked. Add wine, capers, onion and garlic and simmer for 30- 60 minutes to cook down juices. Serve with rice.
