2 cups flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp.cinnamon
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 + 1/2 cups grated carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, than add all others, mixing well.
Pour into 3 regular round cake pans.
Bake @ 350 F. for 45 minutes.

Frosting:
1 stick butter or margarine
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 1 pound box powdered sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla + 1 cup walnuts
Cream 1st 3 ingredients, than add others mixing well.
Frost all 3 layers.
